It is my intention to make each visit a memorable experience.  Please share with me any opportunity to improve as I value your suggestions.
 
 Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to ensure pre-treatment relaxation and the completion of health intake forms.  To keep the serenity of your experience, I ask that you turn off your cellular phone upon arrival.
 
Services are scheduled by appointment only. I will do my best to accommodate so please call and check my availability. I am also available on some holidays and weekends for your convenience.
 
Payment is by cash or check only. Sorry no credit cards.
 
I have voice messaging. Please leave a message and your call will be returned as quickly as possible. If I am not available the recording will state such.
 
Gift certificates are available and can be purchased during your regular session or mailed. A massage gift certificate is a memorable, thoughtful and personal gift. I have a selection of many styles and certificates for most holidays.
 
Cancelation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Because my work involves working with many people with illness, I will accommodate a "bad" day.  In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. I will give a one time grace period for any canceled appointment less than 24 hours notice.  After that I am kindly requesting a small fee of $25.00 for your late cancelation.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.”  You will be charged 50% for your “missed” appointment. This includes the very last minute cancelations where the room has been prepared for you and I am waiting for your arrival.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
