I am a licensed SD aesthetician in addition to being a SD licensed massage therapist.  After massage school, I took a continuing education class in Atlanta, Georgia on face massage.  This was an incredible experience for me as I was introduced to a technique that is extremely relaxing not only for the tight facial muscles but for the entire body.  We humans hold so much tension in our face and this can easily be seen if you look closely at someone.  Their brows are tightened and the face muscles all scrunched together. Just try something for yourself...relax your lower jaw and let the teeth separate and then relax the rest of your face.  Did you feel the tension release?  We hold so much tension without being aware of it.  Our lives are stress-filled and the face holds an abundance of this tension.

Facial massage can help so much.  It is a service that both men and women enjoy.

At this point in time, I am offering a very basic facial service with massage.  It will include: a deep facial cleanse, exfoliation, mask and a wonderfully relaxing facial massage.  It will not include:  extractions or peels.  The massage portion may also include lymphatic drainage or facial cupping which will enhance the overall effect plus it is anti-aging which is always nice.

Painful headaches, sinus difficulties, and TMJ discomforts maybe relieved with a facial massage and cupping.
