BASALT HOT STONE MASSAGE

A therapeutic hot stone massage can work like magic on your tight, painful muscles. When these smooth heated basalt stones are applied to the muscle the muscle responds by loosening and relaxing. The heated stones can penetrate to the deeper layers of muscle without leaving the residual tenderness that may accompany deep tissue massage. Hot stone massage can be a profoundly relaxing and very unique sensory experience....one you will not want to miss.  Basalt stones are a part of every massage unless you request they not be used.

CELEBRATION OF FEET

Your eyelids get heavy and the body wants to doze off....these are common effects during a foot session.  Your feet will be fabulously pampered.  The treatment will start with a delightful warmed foot bath.  You will rest for many minutes as the warm hydrotherapy helps to relax the feet and the whole body relaxes too.  Then you'll transfer to the table that has been outfitted with a custom made foot cushion.  The foot therapy will be personalized for you and may utilize hot stones, medicupping, aromatherapy, massage, reflexology and/or acupressure.  To complete this session your feet will be cocooned in a peppermint spa product to soften and stimulate your feet.  This is a holistic approach to the feet and lower legs with the intention of treating the whole body. This is a great service for everyone including the elderly, the chronically ill, or anyone that does not like a body massage.  In this session you are fully clothed except from the knees down.

ECO FIN SPA HAND OR FOOT TREATMENT

Eco-Fin is a nourishing, non-paraffin, natural emollient product.  It uses pure essential oils, no chemical dyes, and no petroleum ingredients.  It is applied to your hands and/or feet inside a liner and covered with a warmed cloth sleeve.  This product is massaged into your hands and arms or feet and legs moisturizing and hydrating your skin.  It feels wonderful. If you suffer from arthritis it is warming and healing for the arthritic joint.  It makes a nice addition to any gift certificate.

Infrared Sauna

This is a wonderful massage enhancement.  It consists of a one person enclosure.  You sit on a padded chair and enjoy complete comfort and privacy.  Infrared technology surrounds the inside of the unit so you feel the heat from all angles.  The infrared unit hydrates the skin, warms and relaxes all the muscles in the body, relieves joint stiffness, and can ease congestion.

FACE MASSAGE/FACIAL

I am a licensed SD aesthetician and a SD licensed massage therapist.  After massage school, I took a continuing education class in Atlanta, Georgia on face massage.  This was an incredible experience as I realized just how relaxing and stress reducing a face massage can be.   I attended esthetics school so that I could offer the full facial service in addition to the massage.    It will include: a deep facial cleanse with steam, exfoliation, mask and massage.  It will not include: extractions or peels.  Lymphatic drainage or facial cupping maybe included for its wonderful anti-aging, anti-puffiness effects.I have purchased an incredible VacuTherapy machine that has small facial cups which you will enjoy immensely.
